First established in 1981 in Northern California, the Nor-Cal Toy Dog Fanciers strive to bring both toy breeders and fanciers alike, quality all toy dog shows in both conformation and obedience while continuing to offer a venue for learning , comaraderie and enjoyment of our beloved toy breeds.
